On January 13 and 14, tetronik GmbH AEN held its first Partner Workshop in the year 2010.

In a live presentation, the new microDAKS-Alert (µDAKS-Alert) and its functionality were introduced for the first time and met with immense success. With this product tetronik AEN brings a cost-effective alarm server onto the market that is equipped with the latest in technology and that comes with a specially tailored range of performance features to best meet the demands of the constantly growing market for small alarm servers, e.g. in the healthcare sector.

Naturally, in connection with the new development there was also a considerable amount of news on its "big brother". At the request of our customers we have added a host of both novel and extended features to the DAKS Release 7 (HiPath DAKS V3 R1) (more information hereto will follow shortly).

"With the launch of our latest product we are answering to the rapid changes we are witnessing in the market“, says Jens-Peter Lichtenberg, Head of Sales and Marketing at tetronik AEN.

More and more, the traditional alarm server is evolving into a gateway that is used to distribute information in heterogenous IT and telecommunications systems. This was also demonstrated in an interview with Thomas Krüger, Head of the Control Station at Infraserv Höchst: "Our product is information. And it is our job to get this information to our customers as fast as we can."

The new tetronik development assists companies of all sizes in their effort to integrate and utilize already existing infrastructures in the most effective way possible.
