Informing many people simultaneously

DAKS or OScAR-Pro can be called to play back ad-hoc recorded or pre-recorded voice announcements, or live transmissions ('hotline function').

Typical use cases include:
• providing latest reports (e.g. in the event of industrial accidents), to immediately reassure and inform authorities, staff members, and the public,
• providing traffic or environmental information (e.g. on floods/flood levels, or traffic jams), on problematic weather conditions (e.g. storm warnings), etc.,
• program information (e.g. for movie theaters), or event information, but also
• live broadcasts of (plenary) sessions, works meetings, or congresses.
