| Emergency Call Response Center (PNEZ) |
|
In combination with Siemens 'HiPath 4000' PBXs, 'Cordless E' and the Siemens terminals 'GMp tm plus' or 'M2 professional plus' (explosion protected) the Emergency Call Response Center (PNEZ) forms the basis for the 'HiPath Personal Alarm System' (HPAS), which operates in full compliance with regulation #139 of the German Employers' Liability Insurance Association pertaining to the use of Personal Security Systems in enterprises. It enables deliberate as well as self-acting alarms (e.g. man-down or no-movement) and cyclically monitors the connection to the terminal and its remaining operating time. Lone workers working out of earshot and eyeshot of others in hazardous work areas can thus be given extra protection.
This may include:
In addition, the Emergency Call Response Center signals personal alarms acoustically and visually. Emergency calls can also be activated manually over the phone, and the alerted subscribers are subsequently connected to a predetermined emergency conference. At the same time, the system locates the terminal that set off the alarm and communicates the location results in the form of maps and text and voice messages. Fast alerting in combination with location information can save lives! |
