What is more, telephone conferences carried out via providers can often not be convened spontaneously and are too expensive.

With the Internet-Controlled Telephone Conferences (ICTC) for (HiPath) DAKS, operated via standard browsers, all of these hindrances become a thing of the past.

All you need to do is:

• go to the conference page on the Internet or Intranet and log in using your personal user account
• convene a new or call up a previously stored telephone conference
• book conference resources for a certain time or start the conference at once
• have invitations automatically sent to your conference participants
• monitor the participation during your conference, spontaneously add any number of additional conference members, grant/withdraw the right to speak, disconnect individual participants
• see at a glance which of the participants is currently speaking by means of the built-in voice level recognition
