From June 21-22, 2017, tetronik's three specialized themed areas at conhIT, Europe's leading event for Health IT, was in high demand and proved just the right venue for a large and eager professional audience as it provided ample opportunity to learn directly about our solutions to some of the most pressing questions and challenges of today's healthcare industry.
We would therefore like to seize this moment and express our sincere gratitude to all of our visitors for their very positive feedback right in Berlin, but also for the many new contacts we were able to make and for the concrete project requests that we received. All of us at tetronik are immensely looking forward to realizing these new and exciting individual solutions for you.
The distributed alarm system brings together DAKSmed and the Dräger vital signs monitor and could be experienced hands-on at the Dräger stand in hall 2.2. We are very proud that the highlights that met with particular interest were our new Medical Care Organizer (MCO) and the effective reduction of the so-called Alarm Fatigue.
Our user-friendly and mobile DAKS-Communicator device met with equally strong enthusiasm as it not only perfectly complements the distributed alarm system with DAKSmed, but also brings more flexibility and mobility to nursing staff and at the same time supports health-promoting calm and quiet on hospital wards.
Similarly, at the Bosch stand in hall 4.2, the growing importance of safety & security in the healthcare sector quickly became the focus of the attention.
What impressed visitors in particular was the DAKS application Notifier-Pro, an innovative cross-platform tool and communications hub. In addition to many other DAKS features, this tetronik component is especially designed for the sound automation of alarm processes and deployed wherever important messages need to reach the right persons fast and reliably – irrespective of the communications devices they may be using.
Unify presented the enhanced OpenScape Alarm Response (OScAR) Portfolio to a range of highly interested professional parties and gave emphasis to the new Services-Based Telephony – a function that helps organize on-call duties, such as medical on-call services or x-ray and pharmacy services in hospitals.
At the Unify stand, visitors where especially interested in the wide range of alarm scenarios that must be answered to in the healthcare sector, ranging from evacuations to infrastructure protection under KRITIS, and from crisis management group communication in emergencies to routine preparedness excercises and trainings. Here, we are very happy about the numerous customer requests for individual solutions, all of which will be developed in the basis of the tried and tested OScAR concept with DAKS-Communicator, Notifier-Pro und Unify Circuit.
