In February we visited the Klinik Technik GmbH of the University Clinic of Heidelberg. In the central control room of the university campus 'Im Neuenheimer Feld' we were able to experience how naturally and effectively DAKS-Pro and the extension DAKS Customized Operator are used every day.
Jens Arnold and Dieter Keilbach of the Klinik Technik GmbH work with DAKS every day
Dieter Keilbach, Head of the Automation and Conveyor Technology Department at Klinik Technik GmbH, calls DAKS not only "a fantastic tool to alert all affected persons in a structured manner and to reach very many people in a very short time", he even admits to having "successively discovered his love for this system".
With around 240 employees, Klinik Technik GmbH is responsible for the daily maintenance of trouble-free university hospital operations. These include such exciting tasks as operating a huge automatic goods transport system under the entire university campus, preparing helicopter landings or even rescuing valuable research samples. For all of them one rule applies: You can't afford to slip up here!
Read our latest user report to find out why these people at the University Clinic Heidelberg therefore rely on DAKS and how the control center stays on top of every emergency or malfunction communications process safely and accurately with DAKS-Pro and DAKS Customized Operator.
