Call profiles are used to automatically call different telephones of a person ('personal calls') or the relevant members of a team ('group calls') partly in parallel, partly sequentially by dialing a single number. In the meantime, callers are kept on hold with a dial tone, on-hold music and/or announcements. The annoying, time-consuming and nerve-wracking search for a competent person is no longer necessary – especially when time is of the essence!
Personal calls: By assigning several end devices to one person, this person can always be reached at the same number (one-number service).
Group calls: By dialing a single group number, all members of the team are called at the same time. The team member who picks up first receives the call.
