We “tetronikers”, as we like to call ourselves, are die-hard DAKS fans with a wide range of professional qualifications and backgrounds.
Most of us did “something completely different” before joining tetronik. But those who have started working here tend to stay. In fact, we have already sent one employee into well-deserved retirement after no less than 40 (!) years of working for the company (and he still drops by regularly).
Being a tetroniker is more than just a job. It's a lifestyle! Weekly yoga sessions, culinary birthday highlights and cross-departmental workshops make our everyday working life vibrant. Moreover, you can always rely on your highly qualified colleagues, their strong team spirit and their willingness to help.
Short distances, flat hierarchies, friendly interaction – in short, a true team in which people don't just work alongside each other, but together!

There are many things I appreciate about my work at tetronik: Flexible working hours allow me to balance my family and career well — and the fact that the office is close to home helps too. At the same time, I’m able to advance my career, take on a leadership role, handle responsibilities, and transform and redesign processes in my department.

I love that my work is so diverse: I don’t just focus on individual aspects of hardware, but always on the entire device, from schematic construction to housing design. Being so close to in-house production is a major advantage.
Plus, the whole team is extremely supportive, and no one minds lending a hand to help colleagues even with tasks outside their area of expertise.

Being able to work largely independently in a good working atmosphere and with a supportive team is no longer a matter of course in today's working world. I also really appreciate the fact that I can take my four-legged furry friend into the office with me!

Thanks to our flexible work schedule and work-from-home policy, I can manage my time independently, I have the freedom to try new things even when I don’t have a specific project assignment, I have my own office, communication channels to other departments are short, and my colleagues are always willing to help one another.
