Contact Modules (IOG/IOM)

Set up and expand digital inputs and outputs

The IOG/IOM contact modules for DAKS enable alarming via spatially distributed contacts and make scaling flexible. The modules can be used to significantly increase the number of inputs and outputs available directly on the various DAKS hardware systems.

The contact module gateway (IOG) is either connected directly to DAKS via USB or connected to a DAKS satellite via RS485. The gateway collects the data from the laterally connected contact modules (IOMs) and forwards it to DAKS.
