The SIP protocol is used to connect the DAKS server. In addition to the basic call functionality, the following features are supported:

Calling Name / Connected Name
Calling Number / Connected Number
Acceptance of keystrokes as RTP info (according to RFC2833)

Certified messaging interface

Systevo Mobile Client (DAKS Mobile Client)

The DMC data interface supports the following functions:

Text messaging
Alarm triggering
Personal alarms (not in accordance to German DGUV)
History functionality for DMC messages, status changes and activities locally in the DMC app
Secure communication with DAKS via HTTPS in WiFi and mobile networks, including seamless handover between both network types
Authentication of each user via individual access data

Background capability (i.e., the app does not need to be in the foreground to receive and signal a message)
