As part of its integration strategy to enable special applications with selected technology partners as a useful addition to the innovaphone PBX, innovaphone relies on the DAKS alarm server from tetronik for alerting, emergency communication and crisis management.

Certified Voice-over-IP interface for voice alarms in the form of announcements

The SIP protocol is used to connect the DAKS server. In addition to the basic call functionality, the following features are supported:

  • Calling Name/Connected Name
  • Calling Number/Connected Number
  • Acceptance of keystrokes as RTP info (according to RFC2833)

Special alarm functions

  • Urgent call signaling
  • Alarm call signaling (only in combination with desktop IP telephones and the “Ring Filter” function on the terminal)
