DAKS transmits alarms triggered by the end device to the appropriate responders via a broadcast call. Alarms can be triggered either manually by pressing a button or automatically via the device’s sensors.
In addition, DAKS monitors individuals through periodic calls or periodic checks of the data connections to the end devices. If a monitored user does not respond or if the data connection to their end device is lost, a predefined alarm sequence is automatically activated.
The application can be adapted to individual needs: texts, voice prompts, wait times, button acknowledgments, escalations, etc.
