Remote Support

All experts of our Technical Support Team are quick to give you uncomplicated help over the phone and via remote access to answer every question and solve any difficulty you might have with DAKS. For the conditions that apply, please see the Remote Support form (click link on the right). Use this link also to commission Remote Support.

On-Location Support

For more complex tasks, our service technicians are ready to bring their expert knowledge directly to your company. Please contact us for an individual proposal and to plan and schedule our services in advance.

Service and Support Agreements

Our Service and Support Agreements are offered with different scope of services and guarantee reachability, reaction time and the short-term delivery for spare parts. With our specialist know-how, we warrant reliable support for sales partners to advise their customers and cover 3rd Level Support as well as 2nd Level Support where needed.

Also, all our service agreements include our Software Assurance (SWA) to keep your DAKS up-to-date at all times.

Service specialists who have been trained on the installed DAKS system in a tetronik training course can benefit from this direct support from the manufacturer through a service agreement to ensure optimum handling of all their concerns.
