The Microsoft Teams platform for collaboration and communication is frequently used in hybrid or fully digital work environments, e.g., in healthcare, manufacturing, finance, or administration.
By linking to Microsoft Teams, the proven DAKS alerting system can be easily integrated into existing Teams environments. This means that alarm messages from DAKS can be displayed as chat messages in the usual Teams platform and can also be “processed” from there, e.g., to quickly acknowledge DAKS alarm texts or to dial into a DAKS audio conference.
