• The Livy fall detection system detects when a resident of a retirement home has fallen – DAKS then notifies the nurse on duty for that shift. If the nurse does not respond or declines to accept the call, a substitute is automatically alerted. If there is an intercom in the room, the alarm call can even be routed directly to it.
