Where does the DAKS training take place?

All training courses, with the exception of the DAKSeco Basic Course, take place at the tetronik Training Center in Taunusstein (near Wiesbaden).

At what time does the training start?

On the first day, all training (except the DAKSeco Advanced Course 'Practice Camp') start at 10:00 am. The times for the following days depend on the scope of the course and will be communicated on the first training day.

The DAKSeco Advanced Course 'Practice Camp' starts on the first day at 12:00 am. with a lunch and ends on the second day at about 1:00 pm. with a lunchtime snack.

The DAKS Training Center is usually ready for your arrival 30 minutes before the training begins.

What do I have to bring to the training?

Please bring your notebook to the training (exception: DAKSpro Delta Course)! You will need your notebook with ability to locally connect to LAN and WLAN for the practical exercises during the course.

tetronik provides you with writing materials for your personal notes.

Are there any requirements necessary for participating in the training?

In order to successfully complete the DAKS Service Specialist Courses, we expect you to have general knowledge of telecommunications (VoIP, ISDN, telecommunications systems, Unified Communications (UC), soft switches, trunking, signalling, etc.).

To participate in the advanced courses you need to have completed a basic course.

We provide course documentation in digital form. You will receive a download link from us a few days before the training date. To be able to read and edit the course documentation during the training, please download the course documentation using the link before the training and bring your own equipment to the training.

To be able to verify your skills is an invaluable advantage in complex markets. Therefore, every participant receives a certificate as a confirmation of his or her acquired skills.

Through your training participation and certification your company can advertise its expertise using the Certified DAKS Specialist logo.
